“It’s an exciting time for BizClik and an exciting time in the impressive development of the UAE,” says Scott BirchGeneral director – dubaiBizClik.

“In July, the NextGenFDI initiative was launched to attract 300 digital businesses to the Emirates, and I am proud to say that BizClik was one of the first to answer that call. We have been digital first since our inception in 2007, and the UAE is the perfect place to take our business to the next level.”

According to BizClik CEO Stacy Normaninvestment in London and dubai is part of the company’s five-year business plan and is underpinned by solid revenue growth.

“While many media companies have shut down during the pandemic or downsized, BizClik’s business model has allowed us to thrive and more than double our headcount,” Norman says.

“We launched five new brands and a series of live business events. Opening an office in dubai is part of this plan and we identified the United Arab Emirates as our preferred destination for doing business early on. »

The birch is joined dubai by Stuart Irvingwho relocated from the UK, as well as a team of content creators and business development managers hired in the United Arab Emirates.

“The response from our partners has been overwhelming,” says Irving. “I’ve worked with many amazing companies in the UAE, MENA and APAC in the past to help them tell their corporate story and being able to do business face to face is invaluable.”

Dinah SubuhDirector of Technology Capabilities, Ooredoo Kuwaitsays BizClik’s move to the area is “a great initiative”.

Amir AbdelazimCTO, Detecon International adds, “Hearing that BizClik is coming to the area is great news, although I feel like they’ve been here a long time. In all my encounters with the team, I’ve seen nothing but amazing work in course – if it hadn’t already been done being in the area, I can’t wait to see what they can do while being here.”
